From our state-of-the-art collection management system, data processing capabilities, to our layered multi-tiered approach to security, the controls and flexibility of our collection systems maximize our ability to create and maintain a customized billing and collection package designed to meet your specific ongoing needs and requirements.

Data Processing

Our software package is software and dialer is a product of Columbia Ultimate, a division of Ontario Systems. The platform is called The Collector System (TCS; in some circles the system is called Cubs)

TCS is one of the most flexible software systems in the industry. TCS provides our collectors and clients with current and complete information, while permitting management to consistently monitor and review work productivity, including "real time" monitoring.

Our system provides the collector with automated consumer follow-up, including reminder and default letters, collector queuing, online notes, collection letters generated after case-by-case review, payment history, remote client notes, management review, and many other features.

Clients Have Remote Access

An essential component of being a good agency partner is making sure that our clients never feel "out of the loop" with regard to their accounts. We believe in total transparency. Client Access Web allows you real-time access to your accounts in our system 24/7/365. You can update demographics, enter notes, provide new information, report payments and run our most popular reports.

Voice Recording Technology

All collection conversations, outgoing and incoming, are recorded. Both collector and consumer are aware that the conversation is being recorded, thus enhancing professionalism and mutual civility while decreasing frivolous complaints from consumers.

Secure Client Communications

Fairway’s secure FTP site and Client Portal provide secure data exchange between Fairway and our clients. All email communications that contain confidential data are encrypted.

Data Security

Security is a primary focus at Fairway and is part of our core culture, whether physical, network, or data security. Safeguarding confidential information is not new to us. Our extensive and ongoing employee training programs stress the importance of maintaining confidentiality. Fairway is HIPAA compliant and all of our employees sign a confidentiality agreement which emphasizes the need to safeguard information entrusted to us. Violation of our confidentiality policies can lead to termination of employment.
